LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners. Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

This is a hybrid, 2 days a week in-office position in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner for a portfolio of high-value technology platform partners, driving product adoption, renewals, and net revenue retention.
  • Develop and execute joint success plans with each partner, aligning LiveRamp capabilities to their product, go-to-market, and customer objectives over 6, 12, and 18 months.
  • Lead strategic business reviews and executive check-ins, translating platform performance, usage trends, and measurement results into clear recommendations and roadmaps.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional resources (Product, Solutions, Support, Legal, and Commercial) to remove blockers, accelerate integrations, and ensure timely delivery of partner commitments.
  • Proactively analyze account health using quantitative and qualitative signals to identify risk, expansion, and innovation opportunities across LiveRamp’s suite of solutions.
  • Advise partners on best practices for data collaboration, addressability, and privacy-safe activation, positioning LiveRamp as a trusted strategic advisor in their ecosystem strategy.
  • Manage and forecast account-level renewal and growth motions, including structuring upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Represent partner needs and market feedback back into LiveRamp, influencing product roadmap priorities, feature discovery, and enablement content.
  • Document key activities, decisions, and outcomes in internal systems, ensuring accurate visibility into engagement status, risks, and next steps.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of Customer Success playbooks, tooling, and processes specific to technology and platform partners.
Team Responsibilities
  • Support and grow relationships with some of LiveRamp’s most strategic technology partners, including adtech, martech, cloud, and data platforms.
  • Drive complex, multi-party data collaboration initiatives that rely on deep understanding of identity, privacy, and addressability across channels and environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Alliances, Product, and Solutions to design and operationalize new partner use cases, integrations, and joint offerings.
  • Build and scale repeatable engagement models, health frameworks, and success metrics tailored to technology partners and platform businesses.
  • Triage and resolve escalated technical and business issues for your accounts, coordinating with Support and Engineering to keep partners informed and on track.
  • Share learnings, playbooks, and market insights across the broader Customer Success and Alliances teams to elevate how LiveRamp partners with technology platforms globally.
About You
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, or a similar role within SaaS, adtech, martech, or data/analytics.
  • Proven track record managing a book of complex, strategic accounts or partners with measurable impact on retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising or marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, clean rooms, cloud data warehouses, or measurement platforms).
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders and products, including comfort discussing APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform configuration at a high level.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and lead cross-functional initiatives to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives and presentations tailored to different audiences.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards, usage metrics, and performance data to tell stories and inform decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working directly with technology partnerships, ecosystems, or strategic alliances in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with identity, data collaboration, and privacy-preserving technologies (e.g., clean rooms, identity resolution, authenticated addressability).
  • Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) or modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) in a customer-facing or partner-facing context.
  • Prior experience at or working closely with adtech/martech platforms such as DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, CDPs, or measurement/attribution providers.
  • Comfort navigating legal, compliance, and data governance considerations in support of partner use cases.
  • Background working in a highly matrixed, global organization with distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other team members, or contributing to operational improvements and playbook development.
