Veriipro is seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to design end-to-end monitoring and ITSM solutions, lead migrations from on-premises to SaaS/cloud, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical solution architecture or enterprise IT.
- Strong Dynatrace experience across APM, infrastructure monitoring, synthetic monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and distributed tracing.
- Strong BMC Helix / BMC Helix ITSM / BHOM experience.
- Experience with BMC Helix Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping.
- Experience with Flexera / Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, AIOps, and observability.
- Experience designing integrations using APIs, web services, and event frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4 principles.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and technical solution design.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Design enterprise monitoring and observability solutions using Dynatrace, including APM, infrastructure monitoring, synthetic monitoring, dashboards, distributed tracing, and Davis AI.
- Architect solutions using BHOM and BMC Helix ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Request, and CMDB.
- Design Software Asset Management (SAM) and license optimization solutions using Flexera.
- Develop integration architecture between BMC Helix, Dynatrace, Flexera, and external systems using APIs, web services, and event frameworks.
- Ensure solutions align with ITIL, enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
- Deploy and configure Dynatrace agents, tagging strategies, baselines, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and distributed tracing.
- Lead on-premises to SaaS/cloud migrations involving BMC Helix and Dynatrace.
- Build automated workflows, orchestration, event correlation, and remediation processes.
- Implement BMC Helix Discovery, service mapping, and CMDB integrations.
- Lead deployment, configuration, and customization of BMC Helix modules.
- Perform solution validation, testing, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with service owners, business analysts, developers, and operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical best-practice recommendations.
- Present solution blueprints, technical roadmaps, and operational guidelines.
- Lead cross-functional technical teams and drive adoption of proposed solutions.
- Establish and improve ITSM process maturity and operational processes.
- Define monitoring standards, tagging frameworks, and observability KPIs.
- Lead CMDB governance, including reconciliation rules, data accuracy, and data quality.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service reliability.
- Provide Level 3 architectural support for complex ITSM, monitoring, and observability issues.
- Guide teams through root cause analysis, performance tuning, and incident reduction.
- Oversee platform patching, upgrades, maintenance, and technical improvements for BMC Helix, Dynatrace, and Flexera.
