Crusoe Energy Systems LLC is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence end-to-end, including shooting and editing short-form video on-site at our offices and data centers. Translate dense technical announcements into content that lands with ML engineers, infrastructure leads, and AI researchers, building a real following among a technical audience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B tech brand.
• Portfolio of short-form video shot and edited by you.
• Fluency with AI/ML and infrastructure concepts.
• Strong writing chops that engage a technical audience.
• Experience running a multi-channel editorial calendar and reporting.
• Independent, fast-moving, news-adaptive work style.
• Operational rigor with multiple projects and posts.

Responsibilities

• Own Crusoe's social channels end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, publishing, and performance reporting.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on-site at data centers and events.
• Launch TikTok from scratch and create platform-native vertical content.
• Turn technical launches into accurate, engaging social content.
• Build relationships with AI/infrastructure creators and journalists.
• Manage contractors and a UGC pipeline.
• Monitor AI/infrastructure conversations and react with relevant content.
• Partner with product, engineering, and executives to keep messaging accurate.
• Collaborate with teams outside marketing for timely social moments.
• Track engagement, reach, SOV, and follower growth against goals.
• Represent Crusoe's brand voice: technical, credible, confident, humble, optimistic.
