Job summary

Coder is seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to shape our day-to-day social presence and translate complex AI infrastructure into engaging content for technical and business audiences.

You will collaborate across content marketing, community, product marketing, demand gen, and devrel teams to run campaigns, publish, measure, and optimize on Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X, owning the end-to-end process from idea to post.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating content for a brand, agency, or independent audience.
• Proven video production skills across short-form formats (Reels/Shorts) and long-form YouTube content.
• An AI-native workflow using tools for image generation, video editing, scripting, ideation, and production.
• Strong brand intuition informed by leading tech publishers.
• Clear, concise writing and ability to tailor tone across platforms.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with urgency and ownership.
• Strong organizational habits with initiative to pursue ideas and experiments.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate them into accessible content.

Responsibilities

• Own social media engagement across channels and respond in a technical, warm, on-brand voice.
• Create vertical video content end to end for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• Execute campaigns with cross-functional teams for launches, thought leadership, and events.
• Repurpose webinars, blogs, demos into social-native formats.
• Track performance, share insights, and inform next content rounds.
• Stay current on platform trends and developer/B2B technology.
• Manage the content calendar to maintain a steady publishing rhythm.
