Crusoe is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our organic social presence end‑to‑end. You will shoot and edit short‑form video on‑site at data centers, translate dense technical announcements into content for ML engineers and AI researchers, and build a real following among a technical audience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B tech brand.
• Portfolio of short-form video you’ve shot and edited yourself (phone-shot acceptable).
• Fluency with AI/ML and infrastructure concepts; able to read a technical launch.
• Strong writing chops; able to craft threads a CTO would retweet.
• Experience running a multi-channel editorial calendar and reporting on performance.
• Comfortable working independently, moving fast, and reacting to news in real time.
• Intense operational rigor: attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Own Crusoe's social channels end-to-end: strategy, content calendar, publishing, and reporting.
• Shoot and edit short-form video on-site at data centers and events.
• Launch Crusoe's TikTok and create native content for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.
• Translate technical launches into engaging social content for a technical audience.
• Build relationships with AI/infrastructure creators, researchers, and journalists.
• Develop social-native funnels and use automation to move engaged followers through capture, nurture, and conversion.
• Source, brief, and manage contractors and influencers; build a UGC pipeline.
• Monitor real-time AI/infrastructure conversations and react quickly.
• Partner with product, engineering, and exec stakeholders to keep messaging accurate.
• Collaborate with other teams to maximize social moments (People, Recruiting, Events, PR, etc.).
• Track engagement, reach, SOV, and follower growth; report on what works.
• Represent Crusoe’s brand voice: technical, credible, humble, optimistic.
