Job summary

Vitro Architectural Glass is seeking a senior leader to direct Technical Services and Sustainability efforts. The role collaborates with market segments to expand use of Vitro glass products and strengthen sustainability leadership in North American construction.

The incumbent will certify customer compliance with Vitro Certified Network programs and lead warranty management, regulatory input, and customer-facing glass performance discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 10 years experience in relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of Glass Fabrication in the automotive or commercial construction area.
• Ability to learn customer manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct Technical Services and field support to key customers, fabricators, and design architects with emphasis on site tools and communication.
• Develop and maintain Vitro Architectural Glass product warranties and manage warranty claims with legal input as needed.
• Create measurable value by aligning with regulations and programs that expand opportunities for Vitro products and reduce costs.
• Provide input to legislation, standards, and regulations to advance the fenestration industry interests.
• Oversee the Sustainability Manager in managing internal programs for sustainability compliance.
• Demonstrate glass performance to meet energy and aesthetic requirements for new and renovated buildings.
