We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to assist the Engineering & Maintenance Department and the plant as a whole to ensure that sound and safe engineering principles are used in the areas of design, installations, fabrication, start-up and modification of equipment and to conduct maintenance activities such as troubleshooting, set-up of critical spare parts, support of training programs and ensure jobs are performed in accordance with Vitro standards.

The position centers on enhancing equipment and system dependability by analyzing failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventative solutions through project management; while also overseeing new equipment or process installations to ensure they meet reliability standards from design to execution. Key duties include designing and testing systems for reliability, managing risks, reducing downtime, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing maintenance procedures. Responsible for completion of other duties as assigned.
