Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Technical Services Representative for our Northampton, PA office. You will support sales and technical teams by coordinating jobs, handling paperwork, and providing admin and technical support to ensure accurate, efficient customer interactions.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and creative problem-solving, with strong MS Office skills and a drive to learn in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hazardous-waste industry, or relevant military experience.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Strong communication, analytical, technical, and organizational skills.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare appropriate paperwork, including trucking paperwork and weights.
• Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services, such as lab packs, lab moves, and others.
• Field incoming calls from prospective and existing customers and respond or direct as needed.
• Assist Sales and Technical Services staff with job scopes and coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Assist Sales team with administrative tasks related to maintaining and expanding the customer base.
• Organize and control all job folders and customer master files; ensure paperwork is filed and retrievable for job costing.
• Provide Quality Control by contacting customers post-service to conduct surveys.
• Attend sales and other necessary meetings.
• Provide technical support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives and customers.
• Assist with approval of OSS, lab pack, and other job folders.
