Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Technical Services Representative in Indianapolis to support sales and technical teams. You will coordinate field jobs, prepare paperwork, and facilitate invoicing and service quotes while ensuring accurate documentation and excellent customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership or potential to lead projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare paperwork for trucking and weights.
• Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services (lab packs, lab moves, etc.).
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate team members.
