Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Technical Services Representative for the Chicago office to support sales and technical teams with operational excellence. This onsite role emphasizes efficient customer interactions, accurate documentation, and proactive coordination of bids and paperwork.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Environmental Science (or equivalent experience), strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in the environmental health & safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or industry related experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn in the environmental health & safety field.
• Creative problem solving and leadership potential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship and reliable transportation.
• 2-3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate jobs with customers and prepare paperwork including trucking and weights.
• Create and distribute invoices with quotes for services.
• Field incoming calls and respond or direct to appropriate team Member.
• Assist Sales and Technical Services with bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Assist Sales with administrative tasks to maintain and grow customers.
• Organize and manage all job folders and customer files for costing.
• Provide quality control by contacting customers post-service.
• Attend sales and other necessary meetings.
• Provide technical support to Sales representatives and customers.
• Assist with OSS, lab pack, and other folders approvals.
• Order and maintain office supplies and track budget items.
