Dave & Buster's Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager in the Atlanta area. This role leads the hospitality team, directs strategic initiatives, and drives guest satisfaction while managing costs and labor.

You will oversee all aspects of the business, from frontline details to the big picture, and work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced entertainment-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
• Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• True leadership capabilities.
• The ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

Job Description: THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.
