This role is responsible for overseeing technical service operations, supporting business growth initiatives, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance metrics including workforce utilization, staffing levels, project backlog, and forecasted workload.
• Review financial and operational reports to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support profitability goals.
• Assist in developing and executing business strategies that support regional growth and customer satisfaction.
• Support business development efforts by partnering with sales teams and cultivating customer relationships.
• Lead workforce planning activities, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop technical service teams.
• Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Demonstrated ability to balance customer needs, employee development, and business objectives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements.
