Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a remote US-based professional to monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents across all severity levels, ensuring SLA targets are met. You will conduct detailed root cause analysis using logs, auditing data, and system diagnostics, collaborating with product, development, infrastructure, DBA, DevOps, and customer-facing teams.

• Prepare escalation packages and participate in customer calls for issue verification.
