Mark Andy Inc. in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Customer Support Representative to initiate and monitor inbound technical service cases, coordinate with field technicians and customers, and maintain customer files in Salesforce.

You will provide initial phone and email support across Digital, Flexographic and Offset equipment, generate quotes, create work orders, and track case progress. The role requires 5 years of manufacturing customer service experience and strong MS Outlook/Word/Excel

Qualifications

• 5 years of equivalent experience in manufacturing customer service (service and parts related)
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Climate controlled office environment, no physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise and the like; PPE may be required in manufacturing areas

Responsibilities

• Initiate and monitor incoming cases for technical services requested by client contact or phone support
• Coordinate with service technicians and customers regarding case status, service dates, prices and service availability
• Maintain customer files on CRM system
• Create cases for new press installations and update progress
• Send out client surveys based on closed cases and ensure required digital forms are attached
• Provide price quotations and create accurate work orders for approved quotes
• Determine warranty vs. non-warranty conditions and resolve related scheduling/shipping/invoicing issues
• Recognize add-on business opportunities
