LATICRETE International, based in the Frisco area, is seeking a senior Technical Service supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and coordinate support for architects, contractors, and distributors.

Bring 7+ years in construction with strong communication, supervisory skills, and ERP/CRM proficiency. This on-site role involves travel and collaboration with sales, in a global company offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of a building material or product.
• Strong supervisory and management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction methods.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of technical service reps.
• Coordinate technical service with sales and field reps.
• Review technical literature and data sheets.
• Represent technical department in management meetings.
• Write technical service articles for newsletters.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors and distributors.
• Conduct audits of technical service at satellite facilities.
