Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a supervisor to lead the technical service team in the construction materials space. You will oversee daily operations, provide expert guidance on material selection and installation procedures, and collaborate with architects, contractors and distributors.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, deep knowledge of LATICRETE products, and proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, with travel roughly 25% for site support and audits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in the construction industry.
• At least 3 years in technical support of building materials.
• Strong supervisory and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Analyze technical activities and report trends to leadership.
• Create and update technical data sheets and advisories.
