Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a capable technical service supervisor to lead a team of technical service representatives in the construction materials sector. You will guide product installation methodologies and advise architects, contractors and distributors on best practices.

We value skilled professionals with extensive experience in construction, strong communication, and knowledge of architecture and construction methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in the construction industry.
• Minimum 3 years in technical support of building materials.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of architecture and construction methods.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.
• Fluency in a second language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule daily operations of technical service representatives.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Analyze technical activities and report trends.
• Create revised technical data sheets and advisories.
• Provide technical service to architects, contractors and distributors.
• Review technical literature and data sheets for accuracy.
