Qualifications

• Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent in a mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of technical support, service, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Ability to read basic electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong customer service and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, dealer, and internal technical support inquiries regarding operation, maintenance, and repair of company products.
• Troubleshoot routine service issues under established procedures and guidance from senior team members.
• Document service cases accurately and maintain records in service systems.
• Assist in developing and distributing service bulletins and technical communications.
• Support training activities by preparing materials and assisting with training events.
