Job summary

Super Products LLC, an Alamo Group Company, seeks a Technical Service Representative in Mukwonago, WI. You will provide after‑sales support, diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, and assist with training, service communications, and warranty activities.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or equivalent experience in mechanical/electrical/hydraulic fields.
• 3+ years in technical support, service, maintenance, or repair.
• Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Willing to work extended hours and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, dealer, and internal inquiries on operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Troubleshoot routine service issues per procedures.
• Document service cases in service systems.
• Assist in development and distribution of service bulletins and communications.
• Support training by preparing materials and assisting with training events.
• Follow up on open customer cases for timely resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or engineering.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings on service concerns.
• Additional duties as assigned.
