Job summary

Super Products LLC, a growing manufacturer of vacuum truck equipment, is seeking a Technical Service Representative for our Mukwonago, WI facility. This role provides technical after-sales support, troubleshooting, and service communications to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

You will diagnose routine mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, assist with training materials, and document service cases.

Qualifications

• Technical degree, certificate, or equivalent experience in a mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of technical support, service, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Willing to work extended hours and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, dealer, and internal technical support inquiries regarding operation, maintenance, and repair of company products.
• Troubleshoot routine service issues under established procedures and guidance from senior team members.
• Document service cases accurately and maintain complete records within service systems.
• Assist in the development and distribution of service bulletins and technical communications.
• Support training activities by preparing materials and assisting with classroom or field training events.
• Follow up on open customer cases to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical service staff or engineering.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings related to service concerns and product quality initiatives.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
