Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Paper and Pulp Technology is required.
- 5-10 years of experience in premium tissue production or equipment supply.
- Proficiency in TAD or similar premium tissue technologies and strong customer-facing communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build technical relationships with pulp customers to provide professional service and drive process optimization.
- Lead qualification efforts for strategic sales growth.
- Travel extensively across North America for mill trials and audits.
