Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a technical sales coordinator with expertise in the paper industry to support proposals and customer engagements. You will work with sales teams to build strong customer relationships, develop and manage start-up activities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure project goals are met.

This role requires frequent travel across North America and globally, and you will contribute to budgeting and performance guarantees while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Paper Science or related field with 3–5 years in the paper industry.
• Alternatively, an associate/technical degree with hands-on pulp and paper experience and a customer-service orientation.
• Technical understanding of paper-making equipment.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel frequently within North America and globally.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Authorized to work in the US, with travel across NA and Europe.
• Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen required.

Requirements

• Technical understanding of paper-making equipment
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general enterprise resource planning systems, and customer relationship management tools
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken
• Ability to travel frequently within North America and globally
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US, including eligibility to travel throughout North America and Europe
