• NETA certification Level III or IV preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to test up a level.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating field teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and present customers with practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs to ensure projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor technicians and help them advance through NETA levels.
