Responsibilities

• Schedule local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
