Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its Orlando, FL location. You will lead the local field team, work in the field, price and win projects, and own job profitability while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling crews, building quotes, reviewing test reports, tracking costs, and mentoring technicians toward higher NETA levels. Strong leadership, Electrical testing expertise, and willingness to travel 50% are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical testing and maintenance experience.
• NETA certification levels III or IV preferred; willingness to advance.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience leading crews and readiness for nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Schedule local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
