Job summary

Henderson Group in Orlando, FL is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Manager for its electrical testing division. You will lead the local field team, price and win work, and own job profitability while maintaining field presence.

The role requires NETA certification (Level III/IV preferred), 5+ years in electrical testing, and a degree or equivalent experience. You’ll manage schedules, quotes, and margins across projects, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• NETA certification (Level III or IV preferred)
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear)
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading crews; nights, weekends and emergency work ok
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew, and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and give customers practical technical options.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs so projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor techs and help them move up through NETA levels.
