Qualifications

• NETA certification (Level III or IV preferred) and willingness to test up a level.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance (breakers, MCCs, relays, switchgear).
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading crews and willingness to work nights, weekends and emergencies.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches on large projects.
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and present practical technical options to customers.
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety.
• Track job costs to ensure projects meet margin goals.
• Mentor technicians and help them advance through NETA levels.
