Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Technical service Manager for an onsite opportunity in Wheeling, Illinois. This role combines technical service coordination, customer support, troubleshooting, warranty and startup monitoring, service-provider training, and cross-functional coordination within a food equipment environment. The Technical service Manager will serve as a key service contact while supporting customers, end users, technicians, service companies, equipment dealers and other professionals involved in equipment installation and service. The role requires strong communication and coordination skills along with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain accurate service and asset information.

SERVICE COORDINATION

• Monitor equipment startups and warranty calls
• Maintain accurate service status and asset tracking information in internal systems

TECHNICAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT

• Serve as a contact for customer service inquiries

Requirements
