Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with end users and technicians.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and service professionals by phone, text, email and service portals.
• Ability to coordinate service inquiries, scheduling, status updates and follow-ups.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with service managers, technicians, sales teams, culinary personnel and other departments.
• Ability to maintain accurate service status and asset tracking information.
