Job summary

Cryostar is seeking a Service Support Supervisor based in Houston, TX. This position involves providing comprehensive customer support across North America, offering technical assistance and troubleshooting remotely and on-site. The ideal candidate will hold a Mechanical Engineering degree and possess over 5 years of experience in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• A Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial field setting is essential.
• Experience with industrial equipment and control systems is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers in North America to ensure high customer service levels.
• Offer technical support to customers over the phone and on-site as necessary.
• Coordinate with Engineers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment reliability.

Skills

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent

5+ years’ experience in an industrial field setting

Knowledge of rotating equipment, including pumps and turbo machinery

Experience with industrial equipment and control systems

Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems

Exposure to PLC systems and ability to troubleshoot control issues

Ability to read engineering drawings, including electrical schematics

Education

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
