Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. in Houston is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for our Equipment Support Team. You will provide crucial technical assistance to customers, delivery drivers, Sales, and Engineering across North America.

The role involves remote troubleshooting of cryogenic liquid bulk systems, PSA, membranes, and related technologies, with four 10-hour overnight shifts (Thu–Sun) and up to 5% travel. SAP is used for documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical, mechanical, equipment maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Strong communication across departments and with customers.
• Proactive learner in new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote troubleshooting and support to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Document issues clearly in SAP and coordinate responses through completion.
• Prioritize multiple requests and minimize potential product interruptions.
