INTEGRA Biosciences Corp. is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Representative to be the link between customers and our service team.

You will help customers find solutions, coordinate repairs and calibrations, manage service documentation, and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative team environment.

Competenze

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, service/logistics coordination, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel and Word; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Interest in learning technical products and developing troubleshooting skills.
