Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a results-driven SEO/SEM Lead to own organic and paid search strategy across B2B and B2C tech portfolios. You will partner with content, product, and growth engineering to execute technical SEO audits, optimize site architecture, and run high-ROI SEM campaigns.

You will define keyword strategies with the content team, conduct backlink analysis and digital PR, and manage analytics using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to report on traffic, rankings, and CAC.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in tech or agency.
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and GA4.
• Experience managing paid search budgets with ROAS and CPA.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Bonus: Python for marketing automation or international search expansion.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical SEO audits and oversee site architecture, schema markup, core web vitals, and indexation.
• Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, optimizing bidding strategies, keyword targeting, and ad copy.
• Collaborate with content teams to define keyword strategies, topic clusters, and on-page optimization guidelines.
• Conduct backlink analysis and execute digital PR and outreach strategies to build domain authority.
• Own search analytics and attribution models, using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to report on traffic, rankings, and CAC.
• Run rigorous A/B tests on landing pages, meta tags, and conversion funnels to improve organic and paid conversion rates.
