Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise SEO and SEM campaigns in B2B or tech sectors.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, site architectures, crawlability, and core web vitals.
• Proven track record of managing substantial paid search budgets with ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, site speed optimization, and schema markup implementation to drive organic visibility
• Plan, execute, and scale high-intent SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Perform deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap evaluations to inform content strategies
• Manage paid search budgets, bidding strategies, and ad copy testing to optimize cost-per-acquisition and ROAS
• Track and analyze ranking metrics, organic traffic, and conversion data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and SEMrush
• Partner with the content team to optimize on-page copy, metadata, and internal linking structures
