Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Search Team Lead to helm our technical SEO function. This hands-on leadership role blends strategy with coaching, guiding an offshore team, improving workflows, and steering client conversations.

You will oversee technical search execution across a portfolio of clients, monitor impact, and stay ahead of AI-driven changes. You will report to the Search Manager and help shape content priorities with SEO input.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical SEO experience with strategy and hands-on implementation.
Experience mentoring SEO team members.
Strong knowledge of crawlability, indexation, site structure, schema, tracking, and site performance.
Experience managing technical SEO across multiple client accounts.
Fluent English communication to explain technical recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead technical SEO work across a portfolio of client accounts.
Join client calls to discuss reporting, results, and strategy.
Oversee new client onboarding, including post-launch analytics and tracking setup.
Monitor campaign performance: traffic, rankings, leads, conversions.
Track search algorithm changes and AI impact on search.
Help the team adopt AI-supported workflows in technical SEO.
Collaborate with the Search Manager on content briefs and calendars.
