Job summary

SunSoft Online LLC seeks a Technical Scrum Master for an Arizona state agency project. The role is mostly remote with periodic onsite meetings in the Phoenix area, starting Sept 28, 2026.

You will coach a team new to Agile, facilitate ceremonies, and drive backlog refinement while coordinating dependencies across teams and vendors. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of large-scale implementation experience, 3–5+ years as Scrum Master, and a strong technical background to navigate complex

Qualifications

• 10+ years on large, multi-phase system implementations, ideally tax/finance.
• 3–5+ years as a Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Experience transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies on large enterprise systems.
• Technical background and strong communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams through the transition from Waterfall to Agile.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate dependencies across technical and business teams.
• Remove impediments involving vendors, integrations, and processes.
• Guide data management, integration, conversion, and cleansing efforts.
