Job summary

SunSoft Online is hiring aTechnical Scrum Masterfor an Arizona state agency, supporting a large, multi-phase greenfield enterprise system implementation.

Requirements before applying:You must currently live in thePhoenix metro area, with your city listed on your resume U.S. citizen or green card holder no sponsorship W2 only, no C2C.

Required:

• 10+ yearsof experience on large, multi-phase complex system implementations,preferably tax-related or financial systems
  
• 3–5+ years as a Scrum Masterin a software development environment
  
• Demonstrated experiencetransitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile
  
• Experience managing complex dependencies on large greenfield enterprise systems
  
• Technical background, ideally having served as a developer at some point
  
• Excellent communication and vendor relationship management skills
  

Preferred:Public sector or fintech experience in a regulated environment Jira or Azure DevOps, including queries and reporting COTS product implementations end-to-end data management, integration, conversion, and cleansing.
