The role blends hands-on Scrum leadership with strategic change, bridging the program with the organization while migrating teams from waterfall to agile.

This is a hybrid position, primarily remote with initial weekly onsite meetings, offering collaboration within a regulated public-sector environment and complex data

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Scrum Master in large, multi‑phase deployments.
• Hands‑on, adaptive Scrum Master with Agile transition experience.
• Technical background with support for complex product implementations.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and change‑agent mindset.

Responsibilities

• Agile Transformation: coach and mentor for a team new to Agile.
• Bridge between program and organization; manage dependencies and ensure clear communication.
• Facilitation: lead all Scrum ceremonies for effective, outcome‑based sessions.
• Impediment Management: remove blockers, especially vendor dependencies.
• Product Owner support: backlog refinement and prioritization; provide improvement recommendations.
