Johnson Controls invites recent graduates to join its Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program in the United States, a 6-month development track designed to accelerate a career in technical sales. You will be paired with a mentor and gain hands-on experience through customer interactions, training, and real-world project involvement.

You will learn Johnson Controls' security equipment, services, and building solutions, while supporting sales activities, proposals, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
• Internship or similar exposure in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6‑month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Security equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions that help customers improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
