Job summary

Johnson Controls is launching the Early Career Sales Engineering BEST Program in the United States. This 6-month development track is designed for recent graduates to start a career in technical sales, with mentorship and a nationwide network of sales professionals.

From day one, participants will gain hands-on experience, classroom training, and customer interactions to build technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-building skills for a high-growth sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with anticipated graduation December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' security equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
