You will learn the Fire equipment and building solutions Johnson Controls offers, support proposals and projects, and build relationships with contractors, architects, and engineers to deliver sustainable outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Engineering or related field with an anticipated December 2026 graduation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver customer outcomes.
