Johnson Controls offers the Building Early Career Sales Training (BEST) Program, a 6-month development track for new graduates pursuing a technical sales career. You will be mentored from day one and engage with a nationwide sales team to gain hands-on experience.

The program covers fire equipment, services, and building solutions, with responsibilities spanning proposals, opportunities, and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainability and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree expected by December 2026.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured 6-month sales development program.
• Learn Johnson Controls' Fire equipment, services, and building solutions.
• Support sales activities, proposals, and project opportunities.
• Build relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and building owners.
• Present technical solutions to improve building performance and sustainability.
• Partner with local sales and operations teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
