You will work with customers, vendors, installers, and internal teams to coordinate projects, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure details are managed from order to completion.

The role is designed as a stepping stone toward a Regional Sales Representative position, offering hands-on product exposure and growth within a growth-minded company.

Qualifications

• Provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the construction sales team.
• Tracks active construction jobs, deadlines, materials, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quotes, orders, purchase orders, scheduling, project documentation, and customer communications.
• Coordinate product availability, deliveries, job-site requirements, and other project logistics.
• Track projects from initial order through completion and identify potential issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is organized and accessible.
• Support sales representatives for customer meetings, job-site visits, bids and other sales activities.
