The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or business, and knowledge of construction practices. Responsibilities

• Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers.
• Conduct lunch-and-learns and product presentations for professionals.
• Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate contracts.
• Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent.
• Track project leads, bids, and KPIs using the company CRM.
• Represent RedBuilt at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows.
