Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to build and sustain customer relationships while delivering technically sound solutions across regional opportunities. You will work with engineering and commercial teams to translate customer needs into proposals and drive order growth.

You will develop technical and commercial knowledge to support deal reviews, pricing discussions, and risk awareness while balancing customer objectives with Baker Hughes' business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of technical sales experience in an industrial or technical environment).
• Some sales experience, customer-facing commercial experience, or similar product knowledge preferred in technical/industrial/energy/service environments.
• Interest in building technical acumen with exposure to industrial equipment/power transmission solutions is a plus.
• Ability to ask good questions, learn technical concepts, understand customer needs, and support solution development with guidance.
