We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d). The successful candidate will be organized and motivated to provide excellent customer service to support the overall sales efforts of Vector.

We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist (m/f/d). The successful candidate will be organized and motivated to provide excellent customer service to support the overall sales efforts of Vector.

Your Tasks

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
• Issue product pricing and follow up
• Perform Microsoft Dynamics Sales Case entry and tracking
• Work with SAP for Pricing and Order Processing
• Support internal and external sales inquiries as needed
• Initiate and prepare customer quotes in a timely manner, monitor status and verify accuracy, follow up on quotes and purchase orders as needed
• Process customer orders including posting of order, shipping documentation, and invoicing
• Facilitate information flow between functions to expedite orders to ensure successful order fulfillment; ultimately ensuring the customers’ expectations have been met

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
• 1-5 years inside sales or industry-related experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Ambitious and willing to take on new tasks
• Proficient computer skills, especially with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Outlook
• Extremely detailed organizational skills
• Adaptability/Flexibility (Hybrid work)
