A leading company in laser scanning technology is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to drive business development and support clients. The role involves engaging with customers, providing technical solutions, and utilizing company technology for effective communication. Ideal candidates will have a strong sales background and technical expertise in laser scanning applications.
Technical Sales Specialist
The candidate will be working in a small company environment performing various sales, support, and client development tasks. The candidate will perform a variety of functions under the supervision of the Chief Technical Officer. The responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
·Business development and sales of laser scanning products and services
·Prospecting and consulting with new customers and industries
·Demo of laser scanning applications and services
·Understanding technical challenges and providing solutions
·Technical support for laser scanning products and applications
Key Requirements:This is a virtual office position that will make use of company-supplied technology and applications to keep virtual workers in communication. Technology support tools include Zoho CRM, RingCentral, seamless.ai, Google Workplace, and Quickbooks online. Hardware provision will include a laptop and access to cloud services. Travel for sales, consulting, and training will be periodically required.
