Job summary

Orica is seeking a Technical Sales & Services Lead in Centennial, CO, to drive regional growth in North America. You will provide metallurgical expertise, lead cyanide technologies deployment, and manage strategic accounts across gold mining operations in the USA and Canada.

The role requires 8+ years in mining/chemicals, strong project management, and the ability to work independently across a dispersed region with 35–50% travel. Orica offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of relevant technical, operational, commercial or consulting experience.
Demonstrated experience within the mining, minerals processing or chemicals industries.
Strong project management experience with demonstrated business results.
Experience engaging with customer stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong metallurgical and gold processing experience.
Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.
Ability to work independently across a geographically dispersed region.
Travel: 35-50% to customer sites in North America.

Responsibilities

Lead and support advanced dissolution technologies (Sparge, Solid-to-Liquid Systems) deployment.
Provide cyanide analysers support and cyanide management projects.
Develop regional growth strategies and own growth targets.
Manage strategic accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
