Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Identify customer needs to maintain high satisfaction.
• Meet sales and service goals.
• Learn product lines.
• Study and implement Woodland Sales Methodology.
• Fulfill NFI certification requirements.
• Fulfill call center shift requirements.
• Transfer calls to TSR/SSR for scope gaps.
• Manage leads and tickets.
• Perform other duties as assigned
