Responsibilities

• Assist with quoting, customer support, and sales operations activities.
• Collaborate with field sales teams serving distributors and end users.
• Apply consultative selling techniques through real customer opportunities.
• Learn account management fundamentals and relationship-building strategies.
• Participate in business development campaigns to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of Schneider Electric’s connected solutions and how to position complete customer solutions.
• Gain exposure to tools, processes, and expectations of future field sales roles.
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from sales leaders.
